Get Started with the MEGA Community!



Whether you’re new to the community or are a long-time user, we want to make sure that you’re getting the most out of the MEGA Community. Hopefully, this guide will help you become a MEGA community expert!


1. Get around with our community guidelines and best practices

Review our community guidelines so that you know what you can expect in the MEGA Community and understand what it means to be a member.

Here are some best practices to make it easy for you to find answers and share your ideas with us:

  • Search First – Many questions might already have been asked and/or answered in the community. Search the community using the search bar and if you still haven’t found a solution, please start a new topic thread explaining your problem and what you’ve already tried.
  • Posting your question – For best results, write a descriptive subject and include screenshots when possible.
  • Submitting an idea – Submit one idea per post and add images, when possible, to illustrate your idea more clearly


2. Introduce yourself to the rest of us

With your help, we want to make this community a convivial place. We’d like to invite you to introduce yourself by replying to this thread. Here are some questions to get you started but feel free to add anything you find relevant:

Our different blogs cover topics such as trends and opinions in Business & IT Transformation, and for our customers, a HOPEX Release news. By subscribing to one or all, you will receive notifications that will keep you up-to-date.

  • A bit lost with the MEGA Community? Don’t know how to use it or where to find all the information you need, then check out the Community Meet-up & How-to’s and meet with other enterprise architects.

    • Get access to our HOPEX products forum to discuss with your peer and find products’ solutions.
    • As a member of our MEGA Community, stay up to date on the latest support information, as well as HOPEX’s new releases and updates in the Support news.

    • A technical user of MEGA? Access our Support Center to submit incidents and contact our MEGA Support teams.

7. Join the discussion

We have discussion forums for every MEGA-related topic possible! So logon and start sharing some of your best practices with other users, ask the Community a question, or offer your expertise by answering a question from another community user.
