How can you register?
1- Click on the “Join Now” or "Sign In" button and fill the form. Be sure to register with a professional email address if you have one.
2- ⚠️ You will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your email address.
3- Once you verified your email, it can take up to 15 minutes to give customer access. If you're having issues or want more right to open cases, please contact your account manager.
How to sign-in?
After you have registered and confirmed your registration, you can sign in and start participating in the MEGA Community.
To sign in:
- Click Sign at the top right of any page
- Enter your username and password
- Click on Sign In
