If you're a MEGA HOPEX customer and want to know more about how SSO will affect your access to the MEGA Community, the HOPEX Store, or our e-learning site, please read the FAQ below.
The Sign-In button will allow MEGA users to sign or register into the Community via Single Sign On (SSO). Fill out the form, then activate your account via email. Complete your community profile. You're all set.

The Sign-In button will allow MEGA users to sign in to the Community via Single Sign On (SSO). Create an account in our SSO solution, then activate your account via email.

If you're already a community member, click on the right link to relink your account.

If the user has already registered for MEGA Community, MEGA International will utilize SSO to automatically log them into the page they were trying to reach.
If the user has already registered in one of our sites (MEGA Community or the HOPEX Store) using the SSO, they will be able to log automatically into the e-learning platform to access their courses. If not, they will have to sign-up.
Be aware that the e-learning platform cannot be accessed if the user is not enrolled in any e-learning course or if the user's account has been deactivated (once the training session has expired).
They will need to update their MEGA Community email to match the email they use for the platform. They can change their email address on their email settings page. If users don't change their email, they will have duplicate accounts.
Access to our Support Case Portal still requires a request from our Support team.
