Attachment Document (Upload) for Object Application in HOPEX v5

Dear HOPEX Expert around the World, 

I would like to ask, in HOPEX v5 for Application Object in Characteristics tab there are Attachment Section to store the URL Link about the Document related to the Functionality/Operational the Application. What I want to ask is Any recommendations for saving a Document in an Application Object in HOPEX v5?

@Eryanto07 Yes.  From the Application Properties page.  Select General tab and then select Attachments page.  From this page, you can attached doments.

It gives you two options;

Business documents are stored inside HOPEX in kind of a static form - you need to update the Business Document in HOPEX every time it changes outside of HOPEX.

External references are more flexible, you provide a direct link of a file/url and if the name of the file is not changed, it will always open the updated document from the link mentioned in the URL.

You can also define a "Predefined Address" pointing towards the SharePoint folder where you have all the files etc.

Now keep placing the files on this location and put the file name as URL:
