Unable to open html page within HOPEX web front end

Dear All,

We tried to open external html file by using metacommand manager within the hopex web front end, but we didn't succeed in this case.

Also, I tried with existing tutorial "https://community.mega.com/t5/HOPEX-How-To-Videos-English/Open-external-website-within-HOPEX-web-fro..." but, we are getting an error like  "Mega Web Access error occurred. Please contact your administrator"

Does anyone have any idea, how can we able to open the external html file within the Hopex web front-end?
