Installation of Mega Architecture in windows server

We want to install mega Architecture client (V1R2) on windows server 2008, but we had the error bellow.

What is the cause of the error and how can we fixe it?

In the documentation is say "2008 R2 SP1" so I don't know if it works when the SP1 is not present.

Our server version is : Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit)

Have you check in the documentaiton the compatibility with Windows OS ?

it say Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 What is your windows version ?
