Hi All HOPEX Expert!
I've an Issue related to the Login Process into the HOPEX Web Front End v5.0 CP4, which is where the login process often fails and when I check through HOPEX Administration there is always the following pop-up notification (picture attached), is there any guideline or workaround to resolve this issue? kindly advise.

What error do you get on the web front when login fails?
There was known issue similar to this one in V5 CP02 but I think this issue has been fixed now - you can check this post too.
