Hi,
We also have the same issue and it was reported to MEGA support. The issue seems to be with a version of windows 10. Can you check what version of Windows 10 are you running? Just use the "Winver" command on run prompt.

Hello,
could you share the log files from the server side ?
Ideally use the server supervisor tool to create a zip with all the log file.
