Thanks for the feedback. I will forward it to MEGA Product Management.
I confirm there is no standard feature to hide the menu item 'See Details' for the environment or for a profile.
However, something is possible for folders of objects if the folder is configured explicitely using a MetaTreeBranch
This is the common situation for the navigation window 'Main Objects'
Note that this is a customization of the standard Metatree configuration (expert, could be cancelled at upgrade)
Example (MEGA 2009 SP5):
Hide the menu item 'See Details' in the navigation window 'Main Objects' for the 1rst level folder 'Applications'
Procedure:
With a user authorized to update MEGA data
For each MetaTreeBranch object, add the following lines in the text '_Settings'
[General] EnableListCmd=0
In this case, 3 MetaTreeBranch objects are involved:

The use of the tool at the customer is simple as possible,
updates on the properties are complex, and sometimes prohibited by macros.
So you want to hide this new feature for a profile.

Hello Jamale
I am afraid this is hard coded and you can not avoid the display of the menu item 'See Details'.
I will check.
Can you explain why you need to hide it?
