Customisation of reports

Good Afternoon,

I am a new user to the Hopex tool, and while it is excellent, I would like to take off the shelf reports and be able to customise them by adding additional fields. Adding things like comments against applications and IT Servers should be simple but is not possible (or I do not know how).

Has anyone else had this issue?

Most reports in Hopex can be customised, but I would advise to create a duplicate and not change the default report. You do need to have Report Studio license in order to create or chagne report (and the proper knowledge)
