Hello,
In our org - we use the default State Machine called "Default Artifact Lifecycle. It has three states:
However, when I create a ITPM report called "Applications Overall State" - I get other states, like this:
I am not clear - and I can not find any documentation - on what is "Scheduled" state?
see this report
In 2024 and 2025 we have thousands of assets in "Scheduled" state - and I'd like to know what that means.

Hi,
Preparation, Production and Retirement are the 3 active phases that you can schedule (with a start date and an end date). The 2 others are calculated:
"Scheduled" is the state for application with "Preparation" start date in the future.
"Retired" is the state for application with "Retirement" end date in the past.
