Customer Journey - cannot create Persona?

Hi,

we are using V4 CP4.

Trying to create a new Persona we only have the option New Business Partner.

How can we create a New Persona?

Has anyone else seen this?

No custom profile is used and no changes were made to the metamodel. I just used the Process Designer profile...

Yes, we are using out of the box metamodel.

Hi,

'business partner' (in HOPEX Business Architecture / IT Business Management) and 'persona' (HOPEX Customer Journey) are the same concept

in BPA desktop using BPA profiles, there is a terminology alias which renames the concept into 'persona'

here, I guess a custom profile is used which does not inherit the terminology and aliasing, so you see the original concept name which is 'business partner'

Not sure why it is named a Business Partner, but the icon is the same as for a Persona. Are you using the out of the box metamodel?
