unable to hide property page using permission setting

Hello,

I have created property pages on Requirement MetaClass , and i wanted to hide them for particular profile.

I went to the property page properties -> permissions and removed the tool availability for profile to which i want to hide.

But when i logged in using that profile i am still able to see those tabs.

Did anyone encounter the same issue , any idea about the reason behind this behavior and how to fix it
