Web Front end - Business role and profile

I cannot see the business role/ profile from this page.

When I access on the Mega web front end but cannot see any function on Mega web front end

My Question,

1. In the 1st screen how can I set the business role/profile to show on this screen?

2. In the 2nd screen how can I work with the APM function on this screen?
