My company uses MEGA 2009 and need to perform synchronization operation between MEGA and DOORS, but we need to do this operation on another DOORS attribute than the defaut one: "Absolute Number".
As written in the MEGA Requirement tracker documentation, we first specifies a new name for the synchronization identifier in the environment option, from MEGA administrators. However, after many attemps and after having specified a lot of different attributes, the IBM Rational DOORS Synchronizer does not take into account this configuration and still want to use "Absolute Number".
It is shown from the first step of the tool, where "the name of the DOORS Attribute used as the identifier for the synchronization is Absolute Number".
Is someone already had this issue? is this a known problem. At this stage, i cannot help but think that this is a software bug, but maybe there is something i miss.
