Good day,
Our client randomly gets the following error message when using the HOPEX V1R2 CP2 Web Front-End:
On the server I can see errors in the log files but I don't know what to make of it.
I have attached a zip file with the daily log files.
Can you please tell me what is the cause of the problem and how to fix it?

A great number of robustness fixes are available with HOPEX V1R2 CP3.0.
I suggest you apply HOPEX V1R2 CP3.0 first and see if the issue persists.

Follow the procedure How to upgrade CP HOPEX V1R2 EN to upgrade to CP3.0
If the issue should persist, open a case in MEGA support using the form 'Create a Case' and provide
+ if possible, approximate frequency of the error or scenario to trigger the error
