HI community, quick question.
Where I can define the security question related to the change of password?
If someone forgot the password, it is possible to change that secret question related to the change of password?
I'm receiving a message (image attached) that indicates secret question missing.

Hello,
Im assuming you are referencing a Hopex account and not a Community account?
If so then you can simply launch Hopex Adminstration > User Management > Find the login > Right click > Choose "Initialize Web Account".
This should then send an email to the associated account so that they can then set up their security question.
