Hello We are getting this issue when we do "lock the object" or perform the validation , this message is blocking us 

"Occurrence "6AF76BBB55E57555" (8454758319301290743) of MetaClass "Organizational Process" "B1EDB25E2C1401BB" (124741882086339053) is already being modified by transaction "09530E7B56A6514C" (5858152486509676883)"

there is no transaction by this user. that user has dispatched . how to proceed
