How to fetch the Parent Application name into MetaWizard

I am trying to fetch the Application Name into a Metawizard but the name of the application is not being populated in the wizard.

I have tried to fetch the Application name in the wizard using .ParentID method in the macro of the metawizard but for some reason its not working properly.
