How is the Application Obsolesce Risk Score Calculated in the Time Analysis Report?

I recently posted about the data that you needed complete a Time Analysis report. I see the column headed Application Obsolesce Risk with numbers listed. Is there a chart you can refer too to understand what the values mean and how they are calculated?

This field counts the number technologies that have an obsolescence risk of unknown, high or very high for that application.
