Diagram's Table Entry and Operation's Properties, seams like an inconsistency

Why is it that objects related to an Operation within a Organizational Process' Diagram Table Entry are not automaticaly reflected at the Operation's properties?

Here I attach an example image, where it can be seen that at the Diagram Table Entry, the Operation has Type=User and has relatonships with some System Used objects. However, at it's Properties/Characteristics page the same caracteristics are empty.
