Citrix, "The site does not have a referenced environment"

I'm doing some testing with Citrix deployment of Hopex V1R2.

My problem is I get this message, "The site does not have a referenced environment". The logs does not reveal anything, so it is hard to say where I sould start looking to fix this. I have both a RDBMS and a GBMS environment referenced in the administration, I have also tried withe one reference at a time.

Any good ideas, did I miss a parameter or permission setting somewhere?

Hello Lars

In the HOPEX installation on Citrix, check the file megasite.ini

It is possible that the path used for the MEGA environment is not available in the Citrix context

Ex: E:\Data\TestEnvironment is not available

In this case you can create a share for the installation folder

This will provide a UNC, ex: \\S0012\MEGA\Data\TestEnvironment

You can then use this UNC when creating a reference for the MEGA environment
