Authentication web front end Failed

Clould anyone explain why the authentication on HAS V5 CP6 desktop front end works and does not works for the web front end?

The issue is for all user.

We are using LDAP authentication.

We hilight that we have three environments (Dev, PreProd and Prod). This issue produced only for Preprod ans Prd environments.

Is it for one user or all the users have issue ?
Which authentication mode are you using?
