AD for login in MEGA

Hi Community, 

We are using MEGA Administrator Windows FE with 2 differents pc but with the same account, one of the pc doesn´t shows required option. 

We are creating a new user, new login and choose windows authentication mode (AD) but MEGA is not showing the options to do it.

If I understand the parameter 'authentication mode' is not displayed in login properties in certain situations. I still think that it is related to the absence of the token SUP when login to Administration.exe

Anyway the behavior of Administration.exe can vary with versions. Difficult to go further in a forum. 

Please open a case so that we can perform further investigations.

Yes, its the same product in both situation. Please see attached the image of login properties.

Please be more specific and show a screenshot of what you expect and cannot see.

It can be related to the product SUP on the license.

Are you sure to thave this product in both situations?
