Prevent creation of Realization link

I'm trying to prevent the creation of a Realization between a Business Capability and a Business Function Architecture for a specific profile.

Is it possible to prevent this using the Permisson Mangement tool, without preventing the general creation of all Realizations for a Business Capability?

It seems like a complex change and I wonder if it is even possible at all. 
Maybe using Data Access Rules?

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I already tried the CRUD, but it prevents all realizations and not a particular one. 

I don't think it is possible to do what I want using the CRUDs permission.

Hello,

You may be able to accomplish this by utilizing CRUD settings. This can be done through Tools > Profile and Permission Management > Permission Management. You can edit the permissions for specific profiles (see attached)
