Access to Diagram in Advisor via URL

When viewing a diagram within Advisor, users would like the ability to copy the URL associated to the diagram, so it could be sent to others to view the diagram or be used as a link within documentation. The URL within Advisor seems to change only when you go to a main view (Libraries, BCM, Projects), but it does not change when you select objects.

Selecting a diagram provides a in-browser window that has a URL that points to a PNG file. This will allow a user to access the diagram via web browser without being logged into Advisor.  But users would also like access to the "show" interface when right clicking on the diagram, via URL. How can we make this happen?

It depend on the version you use.

Before MEGA 2009 SP5 CP7 R7 Diagram display is made with Java code and toolbar is not embeded.

The URL is not stable neither

In MEGA 2009 SP5 CP7 R7, URL is stable, Toolbar and diagram are on a same page.

It still a specific development.

Can an URL be associated to the Diagram with toolbar after the authentication has been written in?

Hello,

To view Diagram or toolbar, Advisor authentification is mandatory.

You cannot avoid this step but you can write code in which authentification is embeded in your link system...
