- You had difficulties to find what you were looking for in the community.
- You also mentioned the lack of interaction
As a result, we’ll be improving the community in these directions during this year. And we’re really thankful for your help! So…
Welcome to version 3.0 of MEGA Community!
Here are all the details of what’s included in v3.0:
Structure
As enterprise architects, you’re aware of the importance of structure. With this new version, we want to refocus the foundation of the site, to be in line with the needs of community users and interaction types.
This new version now highlights some of our content, that was previously hidden in the architecture, this way, you’ll be more aware of:
- Blog – Where we share our expertise and point of views, but also what’s happening in MEGA in English and in French,
- Discussions - The different discussions available in our forums whether you want to help other in the product forum or any other EA/GRC questions not related to the product
- Ideas - Our Ideation module for HOPEX customers to help us in our roadmap
- Knowledge & Support – Support, information and resources to help you get the most out of the HOPEX platform
- Event – Get our latest webinars and join the discussion for one of our conferences
- Education – You’re a university professor and want to try our HOPEX solutions? Register and contact us through Community to
Ideation
As we were told that our ideation module wasn’t that obvious, we decided to highlight it directly in our customer home page and add it in our menu.

We’re regrouping all our information in the same place. Did you know that we used to have 5 blogs?
Well, we’re reducing it to 3 blogs: our corporate blog, our French blog and our Support News (customers only).

New design
Let’s finish with the obvious! I’m sure you noticed our vivid new design with the new colors and bolder font. With this visual design language, we wanted to discard the previous grey colors and capture the energy of everyone that makes the MEGA community alive.
