Unable to launch MEGA Hopex on the web due to SSP

Hi,

I just installed MEGA HOPEX on Windows Server 2012, and I followed all the instructions from the installation guide and all are installed and configured. But when i tried to access https://localhost/HOPEX, i encountered a problem. It was written "Configuration has not been loaded. Please check SSP state." i tried to surf all over the internet, and the forum, but haven't found any answers. Please help. Thank you very much.

It is not clear if the issue persists. If it does, please open a case so that we can perform further investigations.

Yes i have checked. The service has Hopex Site Service Provider has started.

I imagine that this is a standalone setup, so, can you check if the HOPEX Site Service Provider windows service is started?
