Possibility to Custom Characteristic in Portfolio Business Capability Breakdown Time Report

Hi All HOPEX Expert,

I Need to capture Business Capability and Applications in one Portfolio (Business Capability Breakdown Time Report), but instead of this is it possible to customize the picklist value in characteristic and add the additional filter the characteristics in the same one Portfolio? kindly advise
