What is the impact of organizational changes (create, modify, delete an organizational element) on modelled processes?

What is  the best practise in the case of updating the organization chart?

Hello, 

The organizational Unit (Org-Unit) is like another meta-class object within HOPEX. Its impact can be from RACI management to participants' connection within a swimlane. To best understand it I would suggest looking into the propagation concept within HOPEX.
