How to manage licenses with API

We want to assign HOPEX licenses to certain users automatically, even if there are no available Possible users (reallocate licenses from other users). Is this possible with APIs? We don't want to touch token files with external software.

Unfortunately, there are not APIs to manage must licence tokens and possible user seats.

You can pre-asssign tokens manually.
