Exist any rollback plan?

Hi community, question.

Is there any rollback plan suggested by MEGA in case that CP installation could fail? Or what could we do in case that CP installation went wrong? some recommended procedure?

Hi,

Could you please elaborate on "the CP failing"? If it is failing to install then nothing should have changed at the Data or program files level.

If you're meaning a failure to the data "update" via Administration then there's no Automatic Hopex specific rollback option. It would require a restoration from Server/Sql backups taken before the attempted upgrade.
