Data Models in wrong notation

Some of our users have made data models in IE notation, is there an easy way to bring this back to the standard notation?

I only have some rework on the generalizations, but that's because they made a mess of those in IE.

That's what I tried at first, but the association ends still keep the IE notation.

Yes, simply create a new Data Diagram under your Data Model in the standard notation. Copy and Paste the content from the IE diagram to the standard notation - thats all.
