Cannot find Comment Value

I am keep getting the following error, this is the second client we are getting this error, it stops document generation etc.

Indeed the message reports that the value of the MetaAttribute 'Comment' cannot be found by the system for the object xxx verify link to email address.

To investigate this, the only option is to open a case and provide a backup of data for R&D diagnostic.

To bypass the error in the short term, you can initialize the comment value for this object using a command file.
