Calculating Metaattribute value based on other metaatributes value (dates)

Hello, 

I have to specify a metaatribute characterising the obsolescence of a Technology (in HOPEX IT Architecture V1R3) based on 2 dates ("date fin support" and "date fin support étendu") and the present date. 

e.g. : metaattributevalue = "0" if "date fin support étendu" is passed / "5" if present date is 6 months (or more) before "date fin support" / ...

How do I proceed ?

Also : this metaattribute has to be color-coded depending on the value calculated.

I would say you need to create a macro that can calculate which of the enumeration values to set in the attrribute. Each enumeration value just has color.

Take a look at the Risk object. There is a couple of calculated attributes on likelihood and severity (if i remember correct). These are also color coded
