Access area member error

Hi

I am having a problem in the issue access area member error. I am importing .mgl file but it rejects all and giving message "Access area member for absolute identifier that has the '........' value".  I attached screenshot.

Is it possible that the user who executed the commands you are importing does not exist in the environment that you are importing into?
