Excel Import is failing and giving 'MetaClass is missing' error

Hello,

I am currently using HOPEX V4CP4. I am trying to import data using Excel Import Template.

I am getting error with the message "This sheet can't be processed, the metaclass is missing".

Attaching screenshot for your reference. Please help me understand what is going wrong.

Hi,

Have you changed the Excel file? From the screen shot it looks like you have changed row 1 and 2. If that is the case, the import will most likely not work.

Did you import the Solution Pack?

The import will not work without it.

Installation procedure:

• unzip the attached archive file into the solution pack folder (e.g.  \Utilities\Solution Pack)
• follow the standard solution pack import procedure
