Display only Live Application Modules

I have live and decommissioned Applications and sub Applications, on a parent application property page I only want to show live sub-applications and give the users a facility to connect other sub applications as well, is there anyway that's possible in Mega Hopex V1R3 CP 10?

In that way i Cannot add applications at to the collection the property page.

Depending on how you have implemented this in the meta-model, you could use a query to filter which Applications to show.
