CR 41078: Advanced management of conflict regarding transactions refreshing

I'm trying to find information on the CR mentioned in the title, however I do not seem to be successfull in it. Can anyone explain me what the advanced management of conflict is about or point me to the right url?

Hello Stijn

This change (CR 41078) provided a mode when refreshing conflicts are not displayed to the end user performing the refresh.

Note also that a more complete log is generated
