How do I log into my HOPEX Training Instance?
Please always use the link provided in the email you received before the session starts.
Connect to the HOPEX Store and launch HOPEX (this step can take a few minutes).
After 4 hours of inactivity, your HOPEX Training Instance will go to sleep. Repeat the previous steps to restart your machine.
Where can I find my HOPEX credentials?
The HOPEX logins are given in the e-learning exercises' steps.
We provide you a password by email before the session starts.
I have lost my credentials / I can't login.
Please contact your local Training Coordinator or Account Manager.
