Unable to start HAS Instance Manager

Hi all, 

i am doing fresh install for HAS instance with installer version 5.0.3+1351,

but now unable to start the service and localhost:30100 refused to connect, how to fix this?

1.  Start HOPEX Administration.exe.
2. Connect to the environment concerned.
3. Right-click the Repositories folder and select New.
4. Enter the repository Name.
5.  Click Restore
6. Click OK.
7. Confirm or change the SQL Connection parameters.
8. Click Test connection. The test must be successful for the process to continue.
9. Click Test GRANTs. The test must be successful for the process to continue.
10. Click OK.

In V5 you have in Fact 2 options :

Option 1 : (Preferred Choice)

Use SQL server backup to create the environment. https://store.mega.com/modules/details/backup.starter 

Will take 10 min to import backup and less than 5 to create a reference with restore option. Plus 10 min to run the automatic update.

Option 2 :

Create the environment from scratch (count between 3 to 4 hours of database creation)

 You need to install the module hopex.core.install https://store.mega.com/modules/details/hopex.core.install  in this context. This is what the error message says.

im doing fresh install, and finish with IIS part but still cannot add new environment "hopex.core not installed" even though is installed

First your configuration is not valid.

Please finish the installation with the IIS part and use the public URL on the instance.

Moreover try Firefox instead of Chrome.

Instance manager is running, but when i click the instance, Has console and Hopex Web desktop not showed up

Not sure I understand what is you problem ? The instance manager is running now from your screenshot.

I have created new instance with additional backup.demo module but still this site can't be reached

yes, i already installed the prerequisite, 

i have tried and it work for me, run as administrator the HAS Instance Manager
