Hi all,
i am doing fresh install for HAS instance with installer version 5.0.3+1351,
but now unable to start the service and localhost:30100 refused to connect, how to fix this?

hi,
yes i have tried to run the service manually
no log available, i only have this in my folder

Hello,
Ensure you have properly installed the prerequisite :
- Microsoft .net 6 Hosting Bundle https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
Then Check the logs of
- the setup (the file will be next to the exe you launched
- the HAS Instance manager located here C:\...\HOPEX Application Server\logs
- Check the Windows event

Hi,
Did you try to run the service manually from "services"?
Also the logs on the below path can be helpful to find the reason:
C:\ProgramData\MEGA\Hopex Application Server\logs
