Mega Administrator Tools options no longer shown in Web Front End

We have applied CP11 to Hopex V1R3 CP10

The options under the Tools Menu option are no longer shown for a Mega Administrator

All other Menu items are OK and the Tools options are available for EA and from Administration.exe.

Is this a known issue, has anyone else experioenced this?

The error is fixed with hotfix 11.01 on HOPEX V1R2-V1R3 CP11
