How ensure no transaction exist?

Hi there,

How to ensure that no transaction exist before doing the environment upgrade after patching? Will deleting all private workspace enough?

Hello matthewfoo 

Go in the Windows Administration Console (Administration.exe) or in the Web Administration Desktop

Check the list of workspaces.

Make sure that not workspace in in read/write mode persists.

Note that execution of SSP creates such workspaces.

It is required to stop all HOPEX processes (mgw*.exe) before performining an environment upgrade (systemdb upgrade).
