rapport MS Word

good morning,

It is possible to generate an MS word document for un object using the web client.

when i try to do this i get an error msg  "The standard report (MS Word) selected is not compatible Web Front-End. Please contact the administrator so that it converts it."

what is the procedure of conversion ?

A conversion of report templates (RTF) is indeed required to that it can be used from Web Front-End

Note that conversion has an impact upon look and style, final format (.RTF instead or .DOC) and that fields including table of content are not refreshed automatically
