I've new evidence in creating the Assessment for Application, after I already clicked the Assessment tab > Click Evaluate > Fill the Date and Fill the Assessment Criteria for Business Value, Technical Efficiency and Functional Support, the result view in Local Name appears like an error with the addition of the word or like in the attached picture for your reference. Kindly need your assistance and guidance related this,
