Windows 10 Mega hopex V2R1 Web Error

Getting the attached error everytime we try to get the property page on windows 10 machines for Hopex V2R1 U03. It's the same issue with all our machines.

I would also suggest to log this with MEGA support. We have the same issue on 4 laptops with same version of Windows.

i have put impersonation as an administrator, chenged owner of the folders as admin but still error on just selecting an object from home panel in web

I suggest you send a request to support for furter investigation.

Looking at the log seems that you have some access rights issues 

"The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL... or you may not have permission to access them."

Make sure that the acces on the IIS folders and MEGA installation folder are granted to the impersonification users. 

If you can give Administration rights to this folders and to the users you use hopex.

This is the same version on which we also have this issue i.e. 1809. Unfortunatelty, I haven't found any solution yet 😞
