Pregunta sobre error

¡Hola!

Resulta que estaba instalando una licencia en Hopex cliente y en cierto momento me generó el siguiente error de instalación de licencia en el servidor del cliente. ¿De pronto le ha sucedido a alguien esta situación? ¿Por qué sale este error o que configuración debe tener? Cabe resaltar que se pudo instalar, el usuario puede ingresar, pero reporta este error

It shows that you are missing CBTR product on this license file which you previously had on the old license file - this might be because you have received a new license file.

You previously had a license file with CBTR license on this client but the new file doesn't have CBTR anymore - there is no harm, you can use this file, it is just you will not be able to use CBTR license.

Every time you install a license, it creates some folders (with all the products in the license file) on the UNC path. If you install a new license file which is missing some products, you will see this warning message.
