Upgrading V1R2 CP 6.0 to CP 7.0

Hi, we are trying to install CP7.0. But the installation couldn´t complete.

Before run the Install Wizard, we stop the IIS and Mega Site Service Provider, after a few minutes the wizard stop and show that was interrupted and the system has not been modify.

What can i do ?

"Error code 1603" is a generic installshield error

Please open a case so that we can perform further investigations.
