Website creation Job failing

Hi,

we have a website creation job that runs every night at 1am and it seems to be failing since upgrading to the latest version of Hopex, I can't seem to locate any logs to find out why it's failing but when it does it seems to just delete all of the content and we have to restore from a backup.

Hello,

I am assuming that you are using HOPEX triggers (generation in background).

I would suggest to:

• Check the website is not locked by a user (especially the one which is used to run the generation job) - just login with the user and discard the workspace
• Delete the trigger and create a new one
• Try to generation website manually by logging into MEGA.exe - this will give you a clear picture why it is failing
  
  
• You can also enable the web trace for detailed logs
